The entry price depends on when payment is made, not when the entry information is submitted.

Entry paid before closing day (Elem. through Training): $140

Entry paid before closing day (Modified): $150

​

Pony club discount: $10 (not applicable after closing)

Volunteer credit: $25 per full day

​

Entry paid after closing day (Elem. through Training): $165

Entry paid after closing day (Modified): $175

​

*Closing day is the Tuesday 2-1/2 weeks before the event.  For the October, 2024 starter trials closing day is Tuesday, October 8.
