  • 3 September 2023, FOOTING UPDATE: Based on footing analysis conducted by Boekholder & Associates on 23 August the overall Going Report indicates a current overall Going Value of 4.0 (on a scale of 0/soft - 10/hard, where values between 1.75-4.75 are classified as green/Good). The analysis targeted a few key areas of the track for us to provide additional support for, and we have been busy aerating, spreading mushroom substrate compost, raking, and watering as appropriate. The footing analysis will be repeated the week prior to the event and a third time 24-48 hours prior to cross country. We are continuing to do everything we can to ensure that the footing is as prepared as it can be for you on cross country day.

  • 24 August 2023: The FEI has granted us derogation for the 4* competitors. Any 4* competitor wishing to stable off site during the event MUST fill out THIS FORM and turn into the Secretary, either in person or via email secretary@plantationfield.com
